Nymphea Water is a subsidiary of Geocean, a French company founded in 1984 by Pierre Becker. Within COMEX, he was one of the pioneers who promoted deep diving for industrial operations.
Over the past 20 years, Geocean has continued to develop its scope of activities, from geotechnical survey of sea beds to turnkey projects for major customers in maritime civil works projects all around the world.
In 2006, Geocean has integrated the Entrepose Contracting Group, member of the Vinci Group.

In the last few years, Geocean has diversified its activities with the creation of two dedicated entities:

• Merclean, for marine pollution treatment.
• Nymphea Water, for the exploration and production of submarine fresh water springs.

In partnership with Geocean’s R&D and technical services, Nymphea Water is at the forefront of innovation in sub-sea technology.
